The Paris topper is a classic style glossy Top Hat.  Rich velour fur felt, gross grain trim,  and a fitted silk lining. This top hat is stiffened with a non toxic stiffener. Each Top hat will be custom made to your size with a silk lining. Top hat takes two weeks for production plus shipping time. All sales are final.
